Do you work with businesses outside Cape Town?
Absolutely. While we are based in Cape Town and have a deep understanding of the local luxury and property market, we work with clients across South Africa and internationally. The strategies we build are not geography-dependent — they are built on premium brand positioning principles and high-ticket buyer psychology that translate across markets. If your brand operates at a premium level, location is not a barrier. What matters is the alignment between your ambitions and our capabilities.
How soon can we get started?
If there is a strong fit following your application and discovery call, onboarding typically begins within five to ten business days. We do not have a months-long waitlist by design — we are selective about intake precisely so we can respond with agility when the right clients arrive. The application and discovery process moves quickly; what takes time is the strategic foundation we build before we ever publish a single piece of content. We do not rush that part. You would not want us to.
What if I'm not sure which service I need?
Most clients are not entirely sure when they first reach out — and that is completely fine. The discovery call exists precisely to diagnose the most impactful entry point for your brand. Tell us in your application what outcome you want to achieve, not what service you think you need. Samantha will identify the right starting point and build a recommendation around your specific situation. We have turned one-service briefs into comprehensive brand transformations, and equally focused one-area clients where that was genuinely the right call. Honesty over upselling, always.
Is there a minimum contract period?
Our retainer engagements begin on a three-month minimum. This is not a lock-in designed to trap you — it is the honest minimum time required to establish strategic foundations, produce meaningful content, build audience momentum, and start generating measurable results. Marketing is not a light switch. Three months is where strategy begins to compound; six months is where it typically starts delivering the kind of results that make the decision obvious. We will be transparent about progress at every stage so you always know exactly where your investment is going.
